Parthenomytos – Skidi – Skandali

Parthenomytos is stone built with many folds and constitutes an exceptionally impressive village in the middle of nowhere.
It is said that in its beach swam Camilla Parker, a few years ago, when she passed from Lemnos by craft. Since then, the area acquired many fans.
The next one beach, Skidi, is also vast and impressive. Sandy and easily accessible, it constitutes the perfect place for camping, under the cool shadow of tamarisks.
On the left, there is a little spring, which gushes drinkable cool water. Skandali, a tranquil and picturesque village at the southwest edge of the island, constitutes an apiculture center.

Saint Sofia
As you enter to the village, you meet a grocery –former café, which now functions only as a raki distillery. There, dwellers of neighboring villages go in turn and distil their raki. If you find someone there, he may offer you a tot of raki. -
Kontopouli
It lies nearby Alyki and Chortarolimni and constitutes a large village with stone houses, yards, dry melon fields, exceptional church and great atmosphere -

Keros constitutes an extraordinary beach, of about 5km, with sand dunes, between the two lakes of the island and right in the middle of the fertile plain. -
Fysini – Small port of Aya – Saint Marnos
Fysini is a small, almost deserted, village full of mulberries. It took its name from the strong winds of the area. Leaving it behind, you go towards the small port of Aya. -
Panagia – Plaka
People who suffer from arthropathies take mud-baths –that have salutary effects- into the slate-colored mud of this area. One of the most beautiful headland lights of Greece raises at the eastern edge of the cape of Plaka, while the port with its fishing boats transfers you to other times.
